Employee Area

In addition to complying with the Labor Standards Act and other labor regulations, our company has legally established a labor-management conference to coordinate relations and promote cooperation, fostering harmony between labor and management. A Employee Welfare Committee has also been formed to provide various subsidies and organize events. We are committed to compensation, benefits, talent cultivation, corporate image, and health and safety.

Our company has set up a General Manager's mailbox for employees to file complaints or report illegal activities.

Supplier Area

We encourage our suppliers to participate in corporate social responsibility activities and to comply with relevant requirements. If there is concrete evidence that a supplier has violated regulations, an investigation and action will be initiated. If the violation is confirmed, the supplier will be given a deadline for improvement. In severe cases, we will cease to work with them.

Consumer Area

If you have any consumer feedback, you are welcome to email Ms. Wu, the section chief of the Sales Department.

Other Stakeholders

Our company also values maintaining open communication with other stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, research institutions, investors, communities and non-profit organizations, banks, and other creditors. We respect and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
